Southern Highlands Emmett Therapy is nestled in the picturesque Southern Highlands, and has a clinic in Wingello.  My name is Naomi, and I believe that by treating the body as one interconnected whole, we can influence lasting changes both mentally and physically for each client. ​Just as all clients are not the same, all therapy sessions are not the same.  With this in mind, I will assess and re-assess you each time we meet and will adapt your therapy accordingly.  For this reason, the Emmett Technique is called 'The Chameleon Approach to Body Therapy'.

The services I offer include Emmett Therapy,  EMM-Care and Swedish Massage for our human clients, and Mia from Epione Therapies offers Equine Emmett Therapy for our four legged equine friends. 

I'm also an Emmett instructor and offer one day courses in the EMMETT Technique (EMM-Tech) and EMMETT practitioner modules 1 to 6.  Additionally, Mia offers the one day EMMETT 4 Horses short course.
